Our private rainforest accommodation gives you the chance to really switch off. Kids love the tree house feel of each lodge and parents love the flexibility of having their own microwave, toaster oven, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, tea kettle and access to a 24-hour snack basket.
We even have our very own cat! Gino isn’t allowed in the rooms but he welcomes snuggles from guests and is an Instagram and Facebook celebrity.
When you’re ready to explore the Big Island, you can take in some of our beautiful natural landscapes with a variety of hiking trails taking you to valleys, volcanos and waterfalls. Watch turtles or snorkel at the black sand beach, take a trek out to the green sand beach then return to play board games, watch movies or simply chat in front of a cosy fire in your room

The Pana’ewa Rainforest Zoo offers animal adventures and is home to over 80 species including Giant Anteaters, Bengal Tigers and American Alligators. The petting zoo – is open every Saturday from 1:30 p.m to 2:30 p.m. and the zoo has a playground where the kids can burn off some energy.
While in Hilo visit the Mokupāpapa Discovery Center and learn about our oceans and volcanoes.
When you return from your Big Island adventures, our hot tub is big enough for the whole family and you can relax in our complimentary cosy bathrobes.

As an alternative our Vacation Rental in Volcano offers a great family stay with full kitchen, washing machine and two bedrooms, with the pull out sofa-bed it can sleep up to 6 guests.
